We are using Tech Online Epos system (Husain and his team) since past 5 years, he always gave me good support and I don't want to replace at all. He looks after us very well. His team mate Dan, also replaced our system with new upgrade so that it works more faster. Their response time is good and they have dealt with many of my staff questions for adding new options on the screen. They know what we want and they made changes for us every time I asked.
We are pleased with Tech Online Epos. Their price quoted was in our budget. Husain and his team are very responsive, and their epos software and touch epos system is easy to use. They helped us with importing grocery products via database and it was great relief as we were opening soon. We hardly need any training but team provided us very good support. I am happy with their service so far no issues.
I use their EPOS and Online Ordering since we started our restaurant, They are honest in experience, I could not find anything better then their price and service. Tech Online provide us very good support and take care of my messages and request for adding products, changes to product prices. Our staff is very comfortable using the interface. Few times rarely, in past 4 years our system was not working and we called them and it was fixed, also our fault that Internet in the restaurant was not available. On their advice we rebooted our router and all started to work well.
